Head of Sales

Mission Own revenue. The Head of Sales exists to hit our sales goals- every month, no excuses. Total ownership of new member cash collected, the sales and MDR team, pipeline health, process, and reporting. You grow revenue month over month while protecting the quality of membership that Hampton is known for. Outcomes (12-18 months) Hit seven figures of new cash collected monthly. Cash in. Maintain new member additions at current price point. Build and run a high-performing sales team. Manage, coach, and develop all MMs. Review call recordings weekly. Hold weekly team sales meetings. Keep the pipeline tight and the CRM clean. CRM updated daily, no exceptions. Monitor show rates, pipeline aging, and follow-up cadence. Deliver clear, honest reporting to leadership. Weekly revenue summary. Track projections and flag risks. Work directly with marketing to keep calls booked. If the calendar isn't full, that’s your problem to solve together. Radically candid.
