As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide services to all age groups including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic services in an office-based setting while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving lives.Pay & Benefits:Starts at $50,000 a year and goes up based on experienceFull benefits package includes:Health, dental, and vision insuranceFSA or HSA with a matchRetirement plan (403b) with a matchTuition assistancePublic Loan Forgiveness eligibilityPaid time off and holidaysWeekly licensure supervisionCompany-issued iPhone and laptopMileage reimbursementPrimary ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adultsDeliver individual and group counseling services utilizing evidence-based and client-centered approachesMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededComplete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframesCollaborate with families, community partners, and treatment providers to ensure continuity of careMaintain proficiency in the electronic health record (EHR) systemParticipate actively as a positive and engaged member of the outpatient teamAdvocate for quality improvement and enhanced clinical outcomesMeet productivity standards and comply with agency policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services fieldOhio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFTTwo or more years of experience in behavioral health or outpatient mental health servicesStrong clinical assessment and treatment planning skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport with diverse client populationsStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsWork Environment: Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems.
