Key Responsibilities: Deliver prompt and friendly service in line with company standards. Oversee the performance and activities of hourly staff. Address guest complaints promptly and effectively. Manage and maintain adequate food and beverage inventories. Promote alcohol awareness and build positive relationships with local authorities regarding alcohol-related matters. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Guarantee timely product preparation and presentation meets company standards while utilizing forecasting tools for sales volume. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with company policies and government standards. Prepare daily reports and documentation punctually. Schedule staff effectively to meet sales volumes and service levels. Adhere to all cash handling procedures. Lead the hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline of restaurant personnel. Implement effective safety and security measures according to company policy and regulations. Communicate efficiently with other management staff. Stay updated with relevant computer applications, forms, and spreadsheets. Perform all other assigned duties and responsibilities. Location: 1632 N.
