BUILT AROUND YOU - Get home every other weekend, run 100% no-touch freight, and get paid for practical miles.
DRIVE IN COMFORT - Drive 2023 or newer equipment, including 100 new 2025 tractors.

Strong pay that stays steady. Our drivers earn between $80,000 - $101,000 per year. Drivers are paid for practical miles, not just the shortest route.*
Drive your pay! Stay out longer to earn more money. The more productive you are, the more you earn! Earn an additional $0.02-$0.05CPM Monthly Drive Your Pay Bonus for drivers who qualify.*
Home time that fits your life. All drivers get home every other weekend, for your 34 hour reset.
A driver-friendly lane every time. Run 100% no-touch freight across the Midwest and Southeast with zero Northeast runs, so you spend more time driving and less time dealing with hassle.
Ride in comfortwith premium equipment. Drive 2023+ tractors-including new 2025 models-equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, and memory foam mattresses.
More pay on this corridor. OTR drivers running within 60 miles of I-70 between Boonville, MO and Indianapolis, IN earn an additional 2CPM on top of base pay.*

All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion. Base pay ranges from 57-60CPM.* Talk with a recruiter to confirm specific details.

Valid Class A CDL
6-9 months of experience with a driving school certificate, or at least one year of verifiable experience
No DOT accidents in thepast three years
DOT physical, urine test, and company-policy hair test required
