RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Infusion Pharmacist in Greensboro, NC . This is a contract opportunity offering 3–5 days per week with immediate coverage needs and the potential to transition into a long-term or permanent role.

Position Details

• Home Infusion Pharmacy
• Contract assignment with immediate start
• 3–5 days per week
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Schedule:  Flexible weekday schedule: Additional shifts expected each week

Responsibilities

• Review and verify infusion medication orders
• Oversee sterile compounding and ensure USP <797> and USP <800> compliance
• Provide clinical support and collaborate with the pharmacy team
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license
• Recent home infusion experience required
• Strong sterile compounding experience
• Knowledge of USP <797> and USP <800> standards
