Resource Coordinator
Pay Range: $31.46hr - $41.94hr
Join client Resource Management Office within Strategy & Operations as a Resource Coordinator, ensuring our services projects are effectively staffed, balanced, and optimized for success.
Candidates partner with Resource Managers, Delivery Leaders, and Project Managers to align the right people to the right projectsmaximizing utilization, minimizing travel, and supporting client satisfaction.
Coordinate resource assignments across projects and regions, ensuring optimal utilization.
Monitor availability, forecast demand, and identify staffing gaps or risks.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and workload balance.
Contribute to process improvements within the Resource Management Office (RMO).
Support change initiatives and proactively resolve resource or scheduling conflicts.
2+ years of experience in resource or project coordination/management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
Proven ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Experience with resource management tools (e.g., NetSuite, Kantata).
A proactive, humble, and solution-oriented mindset.
