Skill Building Opportunity at Sustainable Community in Hawaii Hello friends! We have a skill building opportunity on the Big Island, Hawaii at Rainbow Bridge, an intentional community dedicated to regenerative living, natural building, and spiritual growth. We are offering opportunities for skilled builders, carpenters, and natural builders to live and work in community, contributing to projects that prioritize beauty, functionality, and alignment with the land. While we especially value experienced builders, we also welcome those who are newer to the craft but come with an open heart and open mind, are naturally motivated to learn and be of service, and feel a genuine alignment with our community values. We offer 1-3 month work-trade exchange, with stipend options depending on experience and commitment, and we’re looking to grow a team of dedicated, high-integrity people seeking meaningful work in a deeply intentional setting.
