Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is a leading global manufacturer of small engineered precision components utilizing proprietary multi-slide die casting technology and tooling techniques. We currently have an opening for a Quality Technician in our Quality Assurance Department on 1st shift. If you are ready to take on a new challenge, we want to meet you. Responsibilities

• Supports the Quality Assurance department with the creation and modification of quality documentation: Documented Information: Create, Control, Storage and Retrieval; inclusive of but not limited to:
• Work instructions (general quality)
• Documentation pertaining to APQP/PPAP
• Change Requests
• Supports the Quality Assurance department by knowing and understanding the requirements of its customers; internal and external.
• Supports the coordination of measuring & testing devices & equipment for calibration.
• Assists with ordering & monitoring the required lab supplies pertaining to the calibration & verification process (e.g.; measuring & testing devices, replacement components, etc.)
• Additional responsibilities and projects may be assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and have experience with Microsoft Office including Intermediate level using Excel.
• Preferred candidates should be able to multi-task, work independently and be able to collaborate with a team.
• Manufacturing experience, a working knowledge of inspection methods, training with IATF, ISO Quality Standards, Core Tools Training (APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC) and bilingual speakers (English and Spanish) all a plus.
