This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager to build and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring the store is equipped to provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.The Assistant Store Manager will drive the success of the business by coaching and leading a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and client-centric excellence. Takes initiative; has a high level of ownership and accountability for results, both personally and as a teamContribute to long-term growth by recruiting high level candidates and maintaining and developing a store team of associates able to meet service and sales goalsClient ExperienceCultivate an inviting atmosphere that makes every client feel genuinely welcomed, engaged, and deeply valuedDevelop a client engagement mindset with the purpose of building long lasting relationshipsLeverage data, tools, and key metrics to drive business results while increasing client retention and cultivating long-term loyaltyProvide a personalized and positive in-store experience by delivering excellent service, taking a solution-oriented approach to client inquiries, and efficiently handling all transactions and returnsDemonstrates leadership by playing an active role on the salesfloorRequirements:Minimum of 2+ years of sales management experience in luxury retail or related fieldBachelor’s degree in a similar field is preferred but not requiredAbility to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the businessExcellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse teamStrong understanding of luxury fashion, trends, and visual merchandisingAbility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special eventsBending/stooping/kneeling requiredAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Compensation: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour plus 2% commission on personal sales.Pay is based on multiple factors, such as qualifications/skills/experience, geography, and state and local wage laws.
