Staff Product Manager, IT - GTM

We are an early adopter of AI and expect our product managers to lead the shift from manual, judgment-heavy work to agent-run and agent-assisted workflows.

About the role:

As the strategic architect of our Sales technology ecosystem, you will own the end-to-end lead-to-cash portfolio, spanning sales productivity, data movement, and revenue operations. Partnering closely with GTM leaders, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, high-impact internal products and workflows.

As the AI Product Manager for our Sales technology ecosystem, you are a visionary owner who naturally challenges the status quo.Instead of maintaining traditional processes, you will leverage AI to disrupt and elevate our approach to sales productivity, pipeline management and revenue operations. Partnering closely with GTM leaders, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you’ll translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, next-generation AI products and workflows.

You will spearhead our AI transformation by analyzing GTM workflows from first principles. By building working prototypes, removing sales friction, and setting reusable AI patterns, you will act as a force multiplier—embedding intelligence across the organization to power speed, scale, and operational excellence.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a hybrid leader who combines operational mastery with cutting-edge AI product vision. You know frontline friction firsthand and choose to rebuild systems rather than manage them—partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to ship agent orchestration, evals, and enterprise-grade autonomy to production.

What you'll own:

• The roadmap for agentic AI across the go-to-market motion — seller and cross functional agents that carry work end to end, in production.
• The full arc of each product: framing the problem, making the model and orchestration calls with engineering and applied science, shipping, and iterating against real usage — with evals and autonomy at enterprise stakes.
• The metrics that prove it: deal-cycle time, seller productivity, pipeline velocity, escalation resolution — and the accountability to move them.
• The coalition to get it adopted: Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Finance, and CX leadership.

How you operate:

You operate the way a great B2B seller does — even though this is a product role.

• You're data-savvy by reflex. You don't wait for a dashboard; you go into the data yourself, find where the deal cycle leaks, and let the numbers frame the argument. Pipeline velocity, close rates, escalation paths — you read them the way a good rep reads a room.
• You can pitch. You can walk into a room of Finance, Sales, and CX leaders and sell the bet — the product, the roadmap, the reason it matters — and walk out with alignment. Influence is the job, not a soft skill on the side.
• You know the deal mechanics are cold. You understand how revenue actually moves — CRM (Salesforce), PRM, CPQ, billing — and how sellers and CX teams work minute to minute. That domain fluency is what you'll pour into the agents.
• You rebuild rather than manage. You look at a 30-year-old process and ask why it exists at all — then build the thing that replaces it.

Experience you'll need:

• Roughly 12+ years across product management,building and managing GTM systems in Enterprise — or a body of work that speaks louder than year count.
• A track record of shipping production AI/ML products, generative and agentic — where you knew where the model earned its keep and where it didn't.
• Real transformation at scale, in fast-moving environments, with impact you can point to in revenue operations.
• A builder's instinct with AI tooling — you reach for AI-driven coding and low-code tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cowork) to prototype and prove ideas fast.
• Transformation experience in a Scaled B2B enterprise

Nice to have:

• MBA or a technical/business master's degree.
• Hands-on experience putting LLMs or agentic workflows into production.
• Fluency in Salesforce (SFDC) workflows and data object architecture, so you can go into the data structures yourself.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$193,400—$290,200 USD
