Medical Receptionist

As the first point of contact for our patients, both on the phone and in person, you will play a vital role in shaping every patient’s experience with our practice. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently and accurately Become proficient in practice software systems for scheduling and patient communications Welcome and assist patients during check-in and check-out Process payments, and assist with end-of-day reconciliations Schedule follow-up appointments, check schedules for accuracy and ensure all appointments have been confirmed Maintain a welcoming, organized, and comfortable reception area Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities as needed Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor Prior experience in a medical office, hospitality, luxury retail, or other high-touch customer service environment Preferred: Knowledge of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical terminology Experience working in a plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or healthcare setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Google suites. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this role is $24.00–$32.57 per hour based on full-time employment. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. Certain roles may also be eligible for performance-based incentives.
