Office Manager

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly organized Office Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, building strong relationships, and keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience while supporting a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general office communications. Schedule and coordinate client appointments, meetings, and team calendars. Ensure the office remains organized, well-stocked, and operating efficiently. Assist with preparing documents, reports, presentations, and client materials. Maintain accurate records and organize both physical and digital files. Coordinate office events, client appreciation initiatives, and team activities. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Help create a positive office culture by fostering a friendly and collaborative environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an office management, administrative, receptionist, or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally outgoing personality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a small, collaborative team. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
