Purple DriveService Now ITOM Developer Share Contractual Atlanta, GAOverview:Required Skills4–8 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM development.Strong expertise in ServiceNow Event Management module configuration and development.Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly) for customizations.Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Hands-on knowledge of mid-servers, probes, sensors, and event connectors.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.Experience with Orchestration and Automation (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub).Familiarity with cloud monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of security compliance and ITIL processes.
