We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us on our Jurassic World Evolution team to help shape one of the company’s most recognisable management simulation franchises.As a Senior Producer, you will coordinate major areas of development and deliver compelling, high-quality experiences for players. You willalsowork closely with multi-disciplineteamsacross design, art, animation, code, audio,QAand publishing and play a key role in driving features,contentand improvements from concept throughtorelease.Ifyou’repassionate about building exceptional games and thrive on collaboration,we’dlove to hear from you. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Coordinating development across significant areas of the project Supporting cross-discipline teams in delivering exciting features and content UtilisingJIRA and other planning tools to organise, schedule, andmonitorprogress Creating and refining pipelines that help developers work efficiently and sustainably Maintainingtrust and communication with internal teams,stakeholdersand external partners Identifyingrisks and blockersand findingsolutionsto emerging issues Leading sprint planning, stand-upsand reviews WHAT YOU’LL BRING Proven experience as a Senior Producer with at least two shipped PC or console titles Solid understanding of Agile development practices Ability to communicateconfidently across all organisational levels Strong collaborator who can facilitatecross‑disciplineteamwork Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail BONUS IF YOU HAVE Experience with JIRA or similar production tracking tools An interest in management simulation games WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU You will work with talented and passionate people to support, develop or publish our sophisticated and enduring games, in a creative, collaborative and inclusive environment.
