Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technician to support a busy teaching and trauma facility. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in catheterization and electrophysiology procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate imaging equipment and assist during interventional radiology procedures.
  
  
• 
  Prepare patients and set up sterile fields for catheter-based and electrophysiology procedures.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any emergencies during interventions.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC system and adhere to compliance protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to deliver seamless patient care.
  
  
• 
  Float within scope to support other facilities as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid ARRT certification and Florida state license required.
  
  
• 
  Must hold AHA ACLS and BLS certifications; RCIS preferred.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 18 months of experience in interventional radiology, with additional catheterization or electrophysiology experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work day shifts (4x10 hours) with on-call availability and flexibility to float across multiple facilities.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and patient monitoring protocols.
