CT TechnologistJob Title: CT TechnologistProfession: CT TechnologistSpecialty: CTDuration: 14 weeksShift: 3rd shift Hours per Shift: 9pm - 7am (5x8 hours)Experience: Minimum of one year, full-time equivalent, clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology. Previous CT experience is preferred.License: ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current state license as a Radiographer is required.Certifications: Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent is required within three months of hire.Must-Have: Diagnostic Radiology experience, CT experienceDescription: Operates computed tomography (CT) and related equipment under the direction of a radiologist. Performs CT studies according to specific guidelines and prescribed protocols. Utilizes appropriate radiation protection measures during procedures. Reviews imaging studies and archives them with associated patient data. Interacts with imaging personnel, nursing, medical staff, patients, and visitors.
