Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs, power inverters, and refrigerator space to improve comfort during extended trips. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance program focused on minimizing downtime and keeping drivers moving.

Drivers on this account typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

The fleet operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or utilize a company parking location if preferred.

CDL-A Driver Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Safe driving record

Ability to run interstate routes
