Shift: First Shift (Start times as early as 5:00 AM)
Schedule: Full-Time | Start-to-Finish Route
Location: Memphis, TN

Avanta Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable CDL Class B Drivers for a well-established waste and recycling company in the Memphis area. This is a local driving position with no overnight travel and consistent full-time hours.

If you're safety-minded, reliable, and enjoy staying active throughout your workday, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial garbage truck on assigned local routes.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Drive residential and/or commercial collection routes.
Work closely with helpers to complete routes efficiently.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
Report any vehicle or route issues to management.
Maintain a professional attitude with customers and the public.

Requirements

Valid CDL Class B License
Clean driving record preferred
Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to start as early as 5:00 AM
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Waste industry experience is a plus but not required
