Overview
Current Solutions is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives for individuals who want to build confidence, develop real-world skills, and grow into leadership through performance. This is a hands-on role where you will learn by doing, supported by structured training, daily coaching, and a team environment focused on improvement and results.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers to present products and services
- Build communication and sales skills through daily interactions
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques and scripts
- Track individual performance and work toward daily and weekly goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development exercises
- Maintain a professional and consistent customer experience
