Locum Neurology PA: Outpatient EMG/EEG + Botox (Housing)

CompHealth is seeking an outpatient neurologist in Avondale, AZ, to join a small-town feel practice with a growing population. ~25 patients per day, Mon-Thu 8 am - 4:30 pm; Fri 8 am - 12 pm with admin time. Botox for migraines eligible if credentialed; EMG/EEG readings required. Housing and travel are provided, and licensing and malpractice costs are covered.
