Job Qualifications Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering results Positive, high-energy leadership style with a passion for hospitality Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills Ability to develop future leaders and build a positive team culture Must love pizza! Compensation $70,000 - $85,000 annually Performance Bonus: Up to $13,000 annually ($1,000 per period, 13 periods per year) A Day In The Life As the General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of restaurant operations while creating an environment where both your team and guests thrive. You’ll spend your days: Coaching and developing future leaders Building a positive, high‑performing culture Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members Leading a team of up to 75 team members Delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and food quality Monitoring restaurant financial performance Leading monthly team meetings and celebrating wins Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, cash handling, and company standards Partnering with your Area Manager & Director of Operations to continually improve the business No two days are ever the same—and that's exactly how we like it.
