In this customer-facing role, you will help monitor visitor activity, support access procedures, and provide clear communication and service that helps create a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $14.86 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, managing visitor access, and supporting security-related operations within a commercial real estate location.
• Greet employees, tenants, guests, and vendors in a professional manner, verify identification and/or access credentials, and direct individuals according to property protocols.
• Monitor lobby activity, phones, cameras, alarms, and other front desk systems, and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns through proper channels.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate clearly with property management and Allied Universal personnel regarding security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
