Sales Support Manager

On behalf of our client, a global leader in food manufacturing and innovation, we are seeking a Sales Support Manager to oversee and optimize sales operations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of 5–10 sales support professionals responsible for pricing administration, customer data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across retail, foodservice, and commercial channels. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor 5–10 team members; oversee schedules, distribute workloads, set performance standards, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Process & Pricing Management: Optimize sales support workflows; manage pricing structures, contract setup, and data accuracy across CRM and ERP platforms. Reporting & Analytics: Generate sales forecasts, channel performance reports, and actionable KPI analytics to guide executive decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Logistics, QA, Finance, and Operations to streamline workflows and resolve escalated customer service issues. Strategic Support: Monitor competitor pricing trends and participate in quarterly and annual sales meetings. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in Sales Support or Sales Operations, including at least 1 year leading or supervising a team. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems. Core Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
