Investor Relations Assistant

Financial services firm seeks an Investor Relations Assistant to join their team. Must have 5+ years of experience in IR/client services within the finance industry. Salary range: 100k - 120k base Fully onsite Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conference calls, webinars, and firm events, including preparing agendas and materials. Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute investor presentations, reports, and correspondence. Maintain and update investor contact lists, CRM databases, and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate records. Track incoming investor requests and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely responses. Assist with investor onboarding by collecting and organizing required documentation. Monitor schedules and maintain calendars of key investor deliverables and deadlines. Manage team expense reports, invoices, and other departmental administrative tasks. Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files related to investor communications and documentation. Support special projects and other tasks as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience within investor relations, client services & executive support. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
