Remote Technical Support Engineer for API & Debugging

Metrc is seeking a Support Engineer to resolve complex system and API issues beyond standard support. You will blend debugging with a developer mindset, diagnose root causes, and collaborate with Development on improving .NET and Node.js applications.
You’ll build scripts, raise detailed JIRA tickets, and help automate troubleshooting, creating durable solutions and self-service tools for the broader team.
