Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care And Rehabilitation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Previous experience in rehabilitation and/or long-term care required
• Strong assessment, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, deliver, and document nursing care tailored to each long-term care resident's needs
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and other care team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Provide patient and family education related to health status, wellness, and care plans
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

$1,727 - $1,889/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
