We also provide ongoing training to keep you up to date with the latest in design innovation and advances in the industry. An average Design Consultant should expect to earn $50,000-$80,000 per year with top performers exceeding $100,000/yr.

Specific Requirements :

• A minimum of 1 year of home improvement related sales and/or design experience
• Must be trainable/coachable
• Results-oriented
• Creative & Collaborative
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational, verbal & written communication skills
• Reliable transportation
