About This Role As an Ambulatory Nurse Manager at Cleveland Clinic's Richard E. Jacobs Health Center Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Collaborate with liaison departments to maintain patient care standards. Participate in clinical nursing research and support Cleveland Clinic research activities. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of care. Manage unit operations by analyzing personnel structure and determining staffing needs. Provide supervision, evaluate performance, and conduct the selection and termination process. Develop strategic plans in alignment with enterprise initiatives. Ensure the clinical team works at the top of their licensure/responsibility. Actively promote staff and self-development. Develop and maintain unit-related patient care standards through continuous quality improvement. Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures for effective health service delivery.
