Physical Therapist - Full Time

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Illinois state license is required to start the position.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Flexible scheduling experience or ability to work a flexible schedule.
