HVAC Technician

Laurel Circle, a life plan senior living community in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems across our campus. In this role, you’ll ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents by performing preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, monitoring building automation systems, and coordinating with outside vendors when needed. You’ll follow safety and regulatory standards for healthcare and senior living settings while working closely with a compassionate, team-oriented facilities and clinical staff.
