Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 3 years. Automatic DQ’s: No speeding in a school or construction zone in the last 6 months while holding a Class A CDL, Outside of 3 months if not holding a CDL. More than two moving violation in the last 12 months. Felonies and Misdemeanor: All other charges will be reviewed. No drug charges in the past 10 years.
