Business Analyst - Government Programs

To support the Technical Operations Department, the full-time remote Business Analyst, Government Programs will manage business analysis for product development and compliance, interact with key departments, and ensure adherence to government regulations. Key responsibilities Identifies and manages changes to existing Technical Operations processes, including scope definition and user acceptance testing Develops project plans to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables while establishing scalable and efficient processes Performs data analysis using SQL or business intelligence software and reviews regulatory guidance to maintain compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of analyst experience in writing requirements, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements Experience with compliance program objectives and regulatory requirements Proficiency in data reporting and manipulation, including tools like Microsoft Excel and QlikView Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
