Full Time American Air, Plumbing, and Electrical, Sanford, FL, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1656 Salary Range: $16.00 To $19.00 Hourly HVAC Install HELPER Schedule: Monday-Friday with every other Saturday rotation - Shift starting at 7am Pay: $16 - $18 / HR PLUS FLAT RATE PERFORMANCE PAY Location : Sanford, Florida Position Summary The HVAC Installation Helper is an entry-level role designed for individuals who want to learn the HVAC trade from the ground up. In this position, you will assist an HVAC Technician with installations, maintenance, inspections, and light repairs. Your primary goal is to develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits necessary to grow into a skilled HVAC professional. Starting pay is determined based on skills and experience.
