Athenian Grill is looking to add a professional team member in Lexington, KY. We are looking for one Grill Cook to join our team at University of Kentucky Joe Craft Football Training Center. You will be joining our chef and his team to serve the University of Kentucky football team and staff. We are located on 295 Alumni Dr. (Joe Craft training facility). Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Benefits Full time employment 401 K Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our professional team. As a Grill Cook, you will work closely with our staff & help the kitchen operations, including preparation, and cooking. ensure that all dishes are cooked to the highest standards of quality, and maintain the kitchen's cleanliness and organization. Qualifications Follow recipes and prepare simple dishes Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking Weigh and measure ingredients Label stock and inventory all ingredients Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Ability to communicate and listen to team members Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal Experience as a Prep Cook a plus Flexible schedule, some weekends Responsibilities Ensure prompt and accurate processing of food in your station Regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and utensils used Maintain health and safety standards to regulations Coordinate with other team members to complete orders timely and accurately We are looking forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
