We are currently seeking experienced Tool & Die Makers/Die Sinkers to join our team in Albertville, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist or toolmaker looking for long-term stability, competitive pay, and the chance to work with a highly specialized tool room team.

Responsibilities

• Construct, repair, maintain, and calibrate tooling and production equipment while working from engineering drawings, blueprints, sketches, and templates.
• Set up and operate tool room equipment including grinders, lathes, milling machines, CNC mills, drill presses, saws, planers, sanders, EDM equipment, and burnout equipment.
• Utilize machinist hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Fabricate, assemble, and construct metal and wood components.
• Build and calibrate gauges and precision measuring instruments.
• Work to extremely tight tolerances, including up to.0001 inches.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on tooling and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63503.00 - $63503.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
