What You'll Receive

A complete team supporting every transaction. You won't have to serve as the Real Estate Advisor, Transaction Coordinator, and Marketing Manager all at once. Our team supports these essential functions so you can dedicate more time to clients, negotiations, and expanding your business.

Hands-on mentorship and continuous support. Your journey begins with PLACE New Agent Launch and continues with an Agent Advisor dedicated to your production and career development. You'll receive weekly coaching, weekly training, and 24/7 access to the team for questions, challenges, and celebrations. From your first listing or offer through each stage of your career, experienced professionals will help you navigate transactions confidently.

Lead-generation and marketing tools from day one. Our system creates opportunities through sphere outreach, open houses, prospecting, listing leads, and internet leads. You'll also have access to Brivity CRM, Mojo, Canva Pro, and a Touch Program to help you maintain consistent communication with your sphere. Print and digital marketing materials, social media templates, a marketing-dollar matching program, and geographic farming support help you develop a reliable pipeline without starting over each month.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
