Job Overview Real Estate Sales Associate position responsible for selling homes and navigating clients through the buying or selling process. The role is commission-based and requires self‑management of leads and schedules. Responsibilities Call, text, and email client leads to nurture relationships. Guide clients through the purchase or sale process for residential properties. Complete Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Realtors training and comply with all company policies. Manage own schedule and work hours. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Required to have or be willing to obtain a Michigan real‑estate license. No prior real‑estate experience required. Benefits and Details Location: Macatawa – 691 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland, MI 49424. Hours: 30 to 50 per week with flexible scheduling. Pay: $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, commission‑based.
