The Job We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Woodland, CA and own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of the technical and support roles that keep RPS running, from engineering and manufacturing to customer support , sales & marketing. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role, build sourcing strategies that reach candidates who might not be actively job hunting, and guide people through the entire hiring process from first outreach to signed offer. You’ll be many candidates’ first real introduction to RPS, so how you show up matters as much as who you find. Essential job duties: Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and support roles across RPS, from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategy for each open position Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels suited to technical and skilled trade talent Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional panels, keeping candidates informed at every step Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring or hard-to-fill technical and support roles Extend offers and manage negotiations in partnership with hiring managers and the People team Track recruiting metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, spend and pipeline conversion, and use them to improve sourcing and process Champion a candidate experience that reflects RPS’s mission and culture from first contact through onboarding handoff High-five your teammates when another generator bites the dust. You might be a great fit if you: Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning both technical or skilled trade and corporate or support roles Have owned full-cycle recruiting independently, from intake through offer close, across a range of roles and departments Can build and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical, engineering, or skilled trade positions Are skilled at assessing candidates for both technical fit and cultural fit, and can speak credibly with hiring managers across disciplines Have experience using an ATS and recruiting tools to manage pipeline, track metrics, and keep the process organized Bring strong judgment in evaluating candidates and advising hiring managers on offers, competing considerations, and market realities Communicate clearly and warmly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process Are comfortable partnering with hiring managers across departments, from Engineering and Manufacturing to Customer Support and Operations Can leverage AI tastefully and in line with our brand guidelines, using it to boost workflow efficiency without losing the authentic voice our audience connects with Must have examples of reqs you’ve filled or sourcing strategies you’ve built, and can speak to your process and results Bonus points if you have experience recruiting for a manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade environment Extra bonus if you have a background in outdoor living, ranching, or agriculture Can troubleshoot creatively and think like a customer Believe in rural resilience and clean technology Want to be part of a team where mission isn’t a buzzword; it’s the reason Why You’ll Love Working Here Comprehensive Benefits : 401K match, health care, paid holidays, PTO, sick leave, and pet insurance. Compensation for this role starts at $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
