Wound Ostomy Care Coordinator Nurse (Per Diem)

NYU Langone Hospital—Suffolk invites a Registered Nurse to join as a Wound Ostomy Care Coordinator on a per diem basis. You will coordinate care for patients with skin integrity issues, wounds, and ostomies, guiding staff on products and treatments and helping develop care plans.
