RN Nurse Manager, Ambulatory Surgery Center The RN Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role manages nursing staff, coordinates patient care, and implements policies and procedures. The Nurse Manager works closely with physicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. Staff Management Patient Care Coordination Compliance and Quality Assurance Administrative Duties Budget Management
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) At least 5 year(s) of experience in a clinical setting. Experience in a multispecialty setting Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
