Remote Bilingual CSR Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Remote Customer Service Location: Remote Pay Range: $21/hr Shift: 8am-5pm Pacific (must be able to work) Responsibilities Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns and written inquiries in both English and Spanish Identify and address all customer questions and concerns effectively Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers’ requests Ensure the content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience Work closely with the Project Support Team to deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Exceptional written skills in English Strong conversational skills and ability to work independently Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift) High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred 1‑2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Call Center environment Benefits Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
