The Salesforce Software Engineer works closely with the team’s product owner, engineering team and business to understand business needs and develop technical solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud. This role also collaborates with Program Architects, Application architects, DevOps engineers, and developers to promote innovation, integration, reusability, stability, scalability, and consistency across our Salesforce program. The Salesforce Software Engineer provides delivers software in accordance with established architecture direction, and Salesforce best practices. Successful candidates will bring a passion for quality and continuous delivery, as this role is critical to the success of our teams and program.This role also researches new technologies and tools to remain abreast of current and emerging technologies and introduces new opportunities for innovation and modernization of our Salesforce Service Cloud program.
