What this role offers Consistent schedule with flexibility you control You remain the primary PT throughout the patient’s journey Neuro‑rehab focused care Mileage and drive‑time reimbursement Competitive hourly W2 pay Who we are looking for Experienced PT enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the community Ready to treat clients beyond a staged environment into real‑life experiences such as cooking, grocery shopping, outdoor activities, and workplace access Thrives in an autonomous setting and values collaboration with a dynamic team of therapists What you will receive Flexible schedule created by you Paid per hour (not just per visit) Travel, mileage, and mileage reimbursement Educational programs Growth and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans Regularly re‑assess treatment effectiveness, attend staff meetings and family conferences Conduct discharge evaluations, make recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referrals and education resources Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, service recipients, and families Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications Minimum bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current, unrestricted state PT license Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations At least one year of work experience as a PT preferred Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds and, as needed, move or transfer patients up to 100 pounds following safety procedures Fine motor skills, visual acuity, and ability to walk/stand for extended periods Capacity for pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently May be required to undergo a health screen or examination prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, in accordance with local or state regulations Salary Range $50.00 - $60.00 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation
