Key Responsibilities:

• Remote Coaching Services: Provide professional individual (and potentially group) coaching sessions via secure video conferencing. • Goal Clarification & Action Planning: Partner with clients using effective coaching techniques (e.g., active listening, powerful questioning) to clarify goals, explore possibilities, identify obstacles, and co-create actionable strategies.

• Ethical Practice: Adhere rigorously to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics or the ethical code of another recognized professional coaching body. Uphold strict client confidentiality as defined within coaching ethics and client agreements.
• Client Communication: Clearly communicate the coaching process, session logistics, fee structures, confidentiality limits, and the specific nature of coaching (vs. therapy) to potential and current clients.

Requirements:

Note: Coaching is not a state-licensed profession in the US.
