To enhance healthcare operations, the full-time Arizona Licensed Application Systems Analyst will lead the deployment and development of hospital application software, ensuring alignment with clinical and financial systems while collaborating with project teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis of vendor-supplied software functionality to ensure compliance with clinical health system workflows Manage departmental operations and major projects, providing measurable customer service and achieving team goals Collaborate with the Project Management Office to optimize information technology deployment based on performance improvement objectives Required qualifications Master's degree in business, Nursing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Eight years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, consulting, or IT related to application software deployment Relevant certifications for specific business, clinical, or financial IT applications are required Preferred professional clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy) if supporting clinical applications Valid fingerprint clearance card or completion of an affidavit at the time of hire, with the card presented within 90 days of application Virtual Vocations Inc
