Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Must-Have:
Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, SVE competency, C-Section circulation.
2+ years nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
Description:
Contract position for a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
13-week assignment with rotating weekends and no call requirements.
Patient ratios are maintained at 1:1 or 1:2.
The unit consists of 32 beds and has approximately 150 staff members.
Day and night shifts are staffed with charge nurses and co-charge nurses.
The ideal candidate should have experience performing SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC.
Team players with a positive attitude will fit best within the unit's environment.
Dress code includes navy blue scrubs; t-shirts are not acceptable.
Solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts are permitted.
Internal monitor placement competency is preferred but not required.
Candidates with previous experience in Level IV units will be prioritized.
This unit offers exposure to new equipment and technologies to enhance learning.
Candidates with travel RN experience are encouraged to apply.
Adherence to attendance policies is required.
