Property Maintenance Technician - Multifamily & Grounds

Asset Living

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across our communities, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role emphasizes timely responses to requests and quality workmanship. Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
