The team works closely with customers and their clients to manage both installations and scheduling needs, providing a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Role Description The Window Covering Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring windows, installing blinds, shutters, and drapery, and ensuring all window coverings are securely and accurately fitted. The role involves reviewing work orders, loading and transporting materials to job sites, and maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition. The installer will interact with customers and their clients, provide basic product use and care guidance, and address any installation-related questions or concerns. Additional duties include following safety procedures, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting scheduling and coordination to ensure timely completion of projects. Qualifications Ability to accurately measure, install, and adjust blinds, shutters, and drapery, with strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, hardware, and construction or home improvement practices relevant to window covering installation. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners, designers, and contractors. Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple installations, follow schedules, and complete jobs within agreed timeframes. Physical ability to lift and carry materials, climb ladders, and work on-site in varying residential and commercial environments. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area and surrounding communities. Previous experience in window covering installation, carpentry, or related trades is preferred but not required; training may be provided. High school diploma or equivalent, with a commitment to safety practices and a readiness to learn company standards and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
