Job Description:
As an RN Case Manager, you will provide case management services and ensure high-quality care. This role requires acute experience in case management, with a preference for experience using Meditech and Midas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive case management services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
Requirements:
- CM acute experience
- Preferred: Experience with Meditech and Midas
- Preferred: HCA experience
