Pay: - $22.00 per Hour

Schedule: Four 12-Hour Shifts Every 12 Days

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Duration: Minimum 3-Month Assignment

Position Overview

PPG Staffing is seeking six dependable and reliable individuals to join a Fire Watch team supporting a major semiconductor construction project in Chandler, Arizona.

No prior Fire Watch experience is required. We are primarily seeking individuals who are dependable, trustworthy, punctual, and capable of remaining attentive throughout their shift.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking a unique schedule that provides significant time off between work rotations.

Schedule

Each employee will work:

• Four consecutive 12-hour shifts
• Followed by eight days off
• Rotating schedule throughout the project
• Day and night shift openings available

Example:

• Work Sunday through Wednesday
• Off for eight days
• Return Friday through Monday

Employees must commit to this schedule in advance and should plan vacations and personal time during their scheduled days off.

Compensation

• $22.00 per hour
• Guaranteed 48 hours of pay as long as assigned shifts are worked
• Overtime opportunities may be available when covering additional shifts

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated work areas for potential fire hazards
• Maintain constant observation of assigned locations
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
• Complete basic documentation when required
• Communicate effectively with site personnel and supervisors
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to obtain Intel site badging
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Important Information

• Employees must bring their own meals and food for each shift
• Work areas do not allow employees to leave during shifts to obtain food
• This is an active construction environment
• Safety is the highest priority
